Good service highly recommended

Preferred drop off at my car and EV charging.

Convenience, friendly staff, and quick service! Easy to book, park and enjoy our trip.

I don’t have to wait that long for the shuttle

Close to airport, convention, good shuttle service!

Easy, work with changes, a secure location and transport to and from airport

The shuttle and your great service

Rapid shuttle pick up

Friendly staff, easy to use services

We loved having a reserved area for parking for a holiday weekend. When we arrived, they told us where to park and sent the shuttle to our car to meet us at the car. The parking is covered!! They helped load our luggage and took us right to our airlines departure area. When we returned from our trip, they were right there to pick us up, loaded our luggage, and took us right to our car and helped unload the luggage and actually put it in our car! We won't travel again without using The Parking Spot - so worth it and it actually costs less and less waiting than the normal airport parking that we used to use!

Convenient

Easy in and out with my vehicle. Really like the door to door service between the Parking Spot drop off and the airport as well as the reverse.

The app is easy to book a reservation and I think the best feature is how simple it is as I am walking through terminal on way out to request my car in the app and when I get dropped off - my car is there waiting for me to just jump in and drive away.

I've also had very friendly and helpful staff whether its the person taking my info down as i drop my car off at valet, the person at the desk confirming my ticket/reservation or the shuttle driver. I cannot say I have ever had a bad experience - and I have used Parking Spot many many times.
