It’s clean, safe and so easy to use.

The place is well lit and clean, the buses run quite often so they are quick to get to you and take you back to the lot or to take you to the airport. The drivers are friendly and don't drive like crazy people! The price is lower than many other lots, especially when you pay in advance.

Very easy to navigate the parking structure and the drivers are very friendly, helpful and nice. On the way back returning from our trip, we had Paulette as our driver and she was super funny and nice. A great driver and asset to your company, in my opinion.

A little confused re which spot bus to get on upon arriving back to Love. We were in the covered parking, and the parking card given to us just said "covered parking", not bus 1 or 2.

But we just asked the driver, and he said 1.

I went online and reserved ahead. Easy to do. No hassle. Just scanned code and when right into lot. It was convenient coming home too. Staff is friendly helpful and courteous.

Everything. The price is reasonable, how easy it is to get to the airport with the bus picking you up at your parking space, how easy it is to get back to your car from the airport. Checking out is hassle free and getting on the road to Home is clear and easy also.

I had a flight out of Hobby that was canceled. I had to then fly out of IAH and the attendant was helpful and assured me I would get reimbursed and taken care of. The IAH rates are a little higher and she warned about that. In all I was very pleased to be taken care of and reimbursed and will continue to use the Parking Spot as my primary parking and security lot.
