Parking at The Parking Spot is easy and very convenient. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. On my recent visit, I returned from my trip and boarded a bus to the JFK lot with a driver named FLOYD. This was one of the nicest gentlemen I have met in a while. Helpful and great conversation all the way to the lot. Once I got to my vehicle, I realized my car battery was dead. I called the phone number listed for the lot and she dispatched someone to come help me. To my great surprise and delight, it was Floyd. I knew I would be on my way in no time. Floyd not only got my vehicle jump started, he did so with a smile and uplifting conversation. This amazing man is a wonderful representative for not only The Parking Spot but for all that is good in this world. Sometimes people don't realize how much a smile, pleasant conversation, a few dad jokes and a helping hand means to someone else. Thank you Floyd. It sure means the world to me.

I always have excellent care and service at The BNA Parking Spot. As soon as I pull my car in I am attended to with someone helping with my bags, getting them on a bus and taking me immediately, with no wait time, yo the airport.
Upon my return, there is either very little wait time for a return bus or, as in my latest trip, the bus was actually there at the airport waiting.

Prompt service and decent prices
The man Bus driver was very attentive when we came on the wrong parkspot bus and that saved us time. Also, we appreciate that even though our flight was cancelled and you could have charged us more you did not.
Services are always prompt. I have never had to wait for a bus or my vehicle.
The only thing I would ask is when returning from a trip and getting my car that is waiting for me, the attendants leave the windows down. I don't know why they are left down but in 20 degree weather it makes it uncomfortable and hard to warm my car up to leave.
