It is so easy to go on line and make a reservation. It's also easy to scan the QR code to get into the lot. Very nice that someone comes out to greet you and tells you where to go and park. The greeters are always so pleasant. The shuttle comes very quickly, and this last time he came before I got my luggage out of the car! Very quick service. On the way back, the shuttle was already there waiting for passengers. In fact, I was the only one on it! The driver was very nice and we joked that I got a "private" service. He took me right to my car and the greeter on the way out was very nice and friendly and made sure I knew how to pay. Another great thing is that your machines respond quickly too. You don't have to wait for your card to be read and then wait again for a receipt. The quickness of the technology working matters when you're trying to catch a plane. Thanks for great customer service! I'll be back!

Easy scheduling! Flexible! AND THE BEST DRIVERS...all so friendly and helpful with my luggage. I'm due to have rotator cuff surgery and I struggle. Appreciate them so much!
