It was our first time using this service.
We received help as soon as we arrived on how to scan the ticket.
We arrived at 4 am, we only waited 5-10 minutes for our van to take us to the airport. The driver was very nice and polite.
We only waited for 10 minutes to get into a van at the airport. The lady driver was very nice as well.

Easy to use. Safe parking area. Good pickup at location but waited almost a half hour at the terminal for the south bus. Meanwhile, four North buses came by.. always courteous and helpful with baggage

It was great service, my husband always has issues with bar code readers (mainly because he does not follow instructions) but we had someone help us right away.
The instructions on getting to where we needed to go to check in and also how to pick up the bus to get back to the car are excellent. We were very pleased with the service and will use them again!
