Love how you get picked up at your vehicle and don't have to walk to some sort of bus stop or shuttle. Our driver Chris was super friendly and assisted us with our luggage. I have used the parking spot a few times before and look forward to using you again in the future.
Conveniently located and very user friendly.
Convenience and the employees at the entry and exit gates ready to assist if you cannot grind the email and or QR code. It should be made easier to enter and exit is my only complaint. Thanks to the help by the employees to open it once show my paid receipt

Near airport and easy to park and quick shuttle
Convenient, shuttle service is quick.
Excellent service, our first time using offsite parking. A shuttle will pick you up from your car although the driver was a bit annoyed that we walked around as we didn’t know that we were to stay put. Driver was very informative telling us what they are able to provide.

Easy to get to the parking lot and plenty of signs to know where to enter, park, and exit. I’ve never had an issue with shuttles either, great on timing and picking me up where I park. Sonya was a pleasant presence at the West location!
