East Location at AUS is easy to access and close to the terminal. Staff is friendly and attentive, very little wait times for shuttle service either to or from the terminal. Entry and egress to the facility is simple and quick, and online reservation system works well with phone app and QR codes.

This location has taken away the drama of searching for parking onsite at the terminal garage or waiting for ABIA shuttles for long term parking in open areas. I also really like the parking space "card" system to remember you exact location, provided at pick up, and requested on return by shuttle drivers to get you to your car quickly. Shuttles are easy to spot at the terminal pick up locations and have been readily available, in predictable pick up location on the terminal drive. I have also found the ABIA parking app and "reservation" system to be very unreliable, I am never sure if parking is really available or that a reservation is necessary.

The Parking Spot East at AUS has solved the parking situation for me, no more stress.

I love the Parking Spot!! So easy and fast, the drivers are great and you don't have to walk a mile to your car. Its also under roof which is really nice!!

Convenient, friendly service, and prompt pickup from the parking spot as well as the shuttle zone at Dallas Love Field. I also like the app feature that allows you to see where the next shuttle is while waiting. Prepaid QR code scan in and out makes coming and going a breeze. The receipt immediately sending via email makes tracking for business expenses easy. I now just need to add the parking spot as a vendor for SAP concur and it will be even easier. Great job Parking Spot!

They have several locations. The lot is covered. Prices are comparable if not better. And it’s very easy to reserve. Also, you can pay upon leaving.
