Everything was great except the pickup area at the airport. For the second time in a row the van was full and we had to wait in a self imposed line for the next van. No problem with that. However, when the van pulls up because there is no specific space for the driver to pull up to, he didn't stop where we were but went further down. It was not a pleasant experience trying to get back in line so that we would not have to wait for a third van. It was chaotic and we were extremely tired. I liked how it used to be when each off site parking company had a specific place for people to line up. It was not the driver's fault.

I like knowing no matter what terminal I land in that a ride is close by.

I had a great experience this last trip! Especially with the shuttle driver, i believe her name was Ruby, she was absolutely a pleasant soul.
