Excellent service from beg Ning to end

We park all the time here when traveling. However, this last time we had a flat tire. I wish someone there could of helped me, a single Mom, change it or at least given me a little guidance as it was me and my teenage son’s first time changing a flat tire.

This was our first time parking at The Parking Spot. I am already recommending it to all my friends. It was an awesome experience and the drivers were so friendly and helpful.

The Parking Spot East at AUS has been a real find for me. The airport parking garage is close and convenient but I have never had any guaranty of finding a parking place, and often end up dropping off my flying companions and looking for a parking place out in the open lot, and hiking in to the terminal.

In contrast, I can easily reserve parking on The Parking Spot app, secure a QR code for the reservation, entry and exit, and feel secure in my reservation and time schedule. The shuttle vans have been quick to respond on arrival to park and will pick you up and drop you off at your vehicle, not just at a lot or station. Same on return to the airport, vans are easy to find and run on a frequent schedule.

This is just too easy and stress free to go anywhere else.

I like your service, I just wished you offered services like car detailing or oil changes. I used to use another lot that closed and that was my favorite part about them.

Your system works well and is easy to understand. The QR code in an email on my phone is convenient. The drivers are usually friendly and courteous.

My QR code wasn't displaying, so the attendant had to take extra time to look up my reservation. He was awesome, polite, patient. The service drivers were great! Randy W. had the best welcoming and upbeat attitude, and was so helpful. This was our first time using the parking spot, and we will consistently use for any future trips now.

The rates are very reasonable, and the parking process couldn't easier.

Timely with shuttle service

Very organized and friendly drivers. May need additional shuttles after larger flights land as their was wait and full shuttles when I landed last.
