Convenience and affordability

The parking spot has extremely friendly employees that always help with the luggage which is fantastic. IF there is a problem (rare!) they will make it right and listen to feedback. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a place to park at Midway Airport.

Shuttles were available - almost like my own private car waiting for me. The driver was helpful with my bags and information. I was picked up right at my car and dropped off right back in front of my car. I didn't even have to go through the effort to walk through the parking lot to a general pickup location.

Conscientious to the airport, parking is less expensive than on site parking and I don’t have to hassle with traffic at the airport.

Excellent service. One thing noticed that bird poop was on my car upon my arrival, eventhough my car is in a covered slot. It would be great if they manage the birds coming/staying on these covered areas. Also, provide complimentary car wash.

The drivers are professional and extremely helpful. The wait time is fine, I've never had a problem being transported to or from the airport. The parking is adequate.

Staff are friendly and helpful

We were picked up at the Parking Spot right away and taken to the airport. On our return to Philly we were picked up at the airport (terminal F) right after I called and returned to our car. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful.

I was able to retrieve my lost jacket! Allen was very helpful and I’m most grateful. Love how quick and efficient they are.
