Amazing service
I appreciated how quickly we were picked up at our vehicle upon arrival. I also like that I could track shuttles upon my return to Philadelphia.
The service and the covered parking. I used to love the rate even though it went up. But that’s not going to prevail me from parking there
Convenient location. Good quick friendly service back & forth to DIA. You need to figure out how to get cellular service at the gate. It's frustrating to have an app and an email with the QR code for entry, but it not work when I pull up to the entry gate.

I find Parking Spot so much more convenient than MCI's economy lot. You can wait forever for a Blue Bus, and then there are far more people waiting than the bus can comfortably accommodate. But Parking Spot always has a bus at arrivals waiting to pick people up, and I've never found the shuttles to be too crowded. It's just a more comfortable way to park at the Kansas City airport, so the minimal cost over the airport's lot is absolutely worth it.
My only critique of Parking Spot is the tipping procedure. If I'm traveling with family and have checked bags, I'm more than happy to tip. But many of my trips are solo work trips with minimal carry-on items, and drivers are always quick to grab them and put them on the luggage rack, which I could easily and happily do myself. Once that happens, I feel obligated to tip. And, since I don't carry much cash with me in 2026, I have to access QR codes, which sometimes don't work (at least not on my phone). It adds an extra step and, at times, extra stress to a process that I shouldn't have to worry about.

Parking was convenient & secure, pick up & drop off was quick with barely a wait, drivers were helpful & courteous, price was very reasonable, & even received free cold bottles of water upon leaving the garage which was much appreciated!
