Parking at The Parking Spot is easy and very convenient. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. On my recent visit, I returned from my trip and boarded a bus to the JFK lot with a driver named FLOYD. This was one of the nicest gentlemen I have met in a while. Helpful and great conversation all the way to the lot. Once I got to my vehicle, I realized my car battery was dead. I called the phone number listed for the lot and she dispatched someone to come help me. To my great surprise and delight, it was Floyd. I knew I would be on my way in no time. Floyd not only got my vehicle jump started, he did so with a smile and uplifting conversation. This amazing man is a wonderful representative for not only The Parking Spot but for all that is good in this world. Sometimes people don't realize how much a smile, pleasant conversation, a few dad jokes and a helping hand means to someone else. Thank you Floyd. It sure means the world to me.

I always have excellent care and service at The BNA Parking Spot. As soon as I pull my car in I am attended to with someone helping with my bags, getting them on a bus and taking me immediately, with no wait time, yo the airport.
Upon my return, there is either very little wait time for a return bus or, as in my latest trip, the bus was actually there at the airport waiting.
The personnel working at the location are friendly and helpful.
