I gave a score of 10 for my last weeks booking because the response time for pick-up at 2:00 am early Monday morning was within 5 minutes.
However, the week before, I would give a score of 5 or even less. That time I had to wait for about 25 minutes for pick-up and I watched 3 vans go by before one stopped for me. This was around 11:00pm on a Monday night.
Always a great place to park
We enjoy the ease of making reservations online. the drop=off, pickup, and shuttle to the terminal are very handy. We feel confident in the safety and security of our vehicle. We used USAirport Parking since 2011 and continued with The Parking Spot West and have not been disappointed.
The construction right now is a little confusing and we had to wait for our shuttle upon our return for almost thirty minutes.
We're looking forward to the new covered parking and any promos that may be coming.

The drivers are very nice and very helpful. I do not have to wait a long time at the airport for them to come pick me up. every time there’s always someone there. There’s a bus waiting for me to go back to get my car.

The drivers do really well at making continuous rounds through the airport terminals and they are mindful that customers are trying to get to their destination.
Everything: Speedy delivery to the airport and pick up when we returned; the courtesy shown to us by our driver; and how he insisted on putting our luggage into the van, and then back into our car - greatly appreciated!

The pickup and delivery at my vehicle. This is important to me since I travel alone. The lighted parking area and security is a plus. The free bottle of water when exiting was awesome. Just what I needed in the Arizona heat!
