I loved the fact that when I arrived and parked, there was a shuttle waiting for me right at my parking space. When I arrived back to the airport, I called dispatch, walked to the pick up location, and there was a shuttle already there waiting on me as well. It took me to my vehicle, waited for me to get in and then drove off. I felt very safe and comfortable arriving after 12 AM. Thank you for your services.

Prompt pickup
The parking facilities are close and convient to Buffalo airport. During my stay I was picked up promptly after after my arrival. Upon my return to Buffalo the transport bus was waiting for me at the baggage counter. I will use your service again in the future.
