You have a driver at Parking Spot 1 named Cedric. He is the best. I have gotten him more than once and he just kinda radiates positivity, especially after flying all day. Oh and of course he is a good driver and helps with luggage. I have been using Parking Spot 1 for over 20 years.

Shuttles arrived timely. I appreciated that the shuttle picked me up at my car and then dropped me off at my car upon my return. The drivers were friendly and helpful and did not hesitate to grab our bags and help us on and off of the shuttles.
Price. Better than the airport
I love as a traveling woman how I can park my car and typically climb immediately safely onto the bus and someone helps me with my bag:) it’s affordable and I don’t have to go searching for a parking spot or for my parked car afterwards:)

Super fast coordinated pickup just as I was exiting my car on the way out. And the bus was there when I was coming back - timing couldn't be better.
Took me a min to understand the free carwash (the sign had diff. prices as well) - didnt know all I had to do was enter the code; but that was a nice bonus.
The bus driver who took me out on Fly was super communicative - that was great.
