It's a very efficient system. Having the van pick us up at our vehicle and delivering us back to that location upon our return was a time-saver and eliminated the need for us to drag our baggage all over to find our car.

Consistency, dependability, ease of APP usage. I typically use covered, self-park for short-term assignments. I like that they allow me to park My truck in section AA near the entrance/exit. For longer or mid-winter assignments, I may elect the covered/enclosed warehouse parking, but that typically takes more time. I usually always make sure to cash tip the drivers especially if they are patient while I collect my bags and assist as needed.

I like parking my car there and the shuttle service. I always get overhead parking. Wished it was a little cheaper. I don't think I got the AAA discount, I could be wrong tho.

We love parking here! It’s convenient, quick transfers to and from the airport and the friendliest employees. We just took advantage of the car wash (thank you!) and always appreciate the free water as we are dehydrated following our flight. Keep up the great work!!
