Convenient, but the shuttle buses are in horrible shape. Also, the frequency with which the JFK buses circulate is less than optimal. There is always a line waiting for the shuttle buses from the terminals when the last thing travelers want to do after long trips home is wait for raggedy shuttles that are always late. The staff, however, is consistently pleasant and helpful and most drivers will carry the luggage on and off the shuttles for travelers.

Easy in, easy out. Quick trips to and from the airport. Very responsive to any issues I've had related to time sensitivity or payment on the way out. And reasonable prices.
First of all I drove right by the scanner without using the sheet I printed off with the QR Code..........duh, and the young lady in the booth was very kind, took my paper, walked out of the booth and scanned it, with out an attitude, and with a smile. The pick up and ride to/from Midway was excellent. Very timely, very little waiting.
The process is always a smooth and easy one. I’ve not yet had any problems with creating a parking registration, with getting parking the day of, or with the exit once I am back. Very reliable service!
So easy and convenient! Didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle leaving or coming back. Takes a lot of stress out of getting to the airport. Checking in and out is super easy on the app. Just scan and go. And a free bottle of water on the way home.Big win for me!
