Easy and convenient.
The drivers are always polite and courteous. Using the app, I can always get pretty accurate pick-ups.
Couple of things you need to fix:
1. Last time I had my care detailed the change bag I kept in my center counsel disappeared. It probably had around $20 in change in it. I didn't notice until about a week later when I went to use a parking meter.
2. When you exit you need to fix right at the street. The cowling under my front grill has a permanent scratch from scrapping there,

The reservation process was smoothe and easy. Shuttles were on time and efficient. Drivers were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate that our return driver, PaPa waited until we pulled out before he left us. Our new go to parking lot!
Lots of busses, courteous staff, super close to airport
From the ease of dropping off my car, to picking it up again, everything was great! I had a challenge with the QR code and for the check in and out someone helped me. Both females, I'm sorry, I didn't catch their names, were professional, patient and kind.

My original response shed frustration with the Parking Spot, which was followed up with a call from Dillon, a manager at the Parking Spot. He did exactly what he should have done and smoothed the waters and made things right. He made a difference. Thank you.
Easy to park but prefer Parking Spot 1 over Parking Spot 2 as it’s easier to find the shuttle at 1 and I don’t think they help you with your bags really at 2
Easy to use/reserve a spot. Like the covered garage for long term stays. Prices are competitive. All the drivers are friendly and helpful.
Easy in and easy out - the way business should be.
Before I actually went to the Parking Spot, I got things ironed out with Robert. As a result, I was comfortable arriving. But the place is a mess right now and somewhat confusing. I believe that I'm listed as a veteran but not sure. I had sent a photo of my VA card but not sure about it all.
Using the code on a piece of paper seemed to work ok. I have high hopes for your program although I seldom travel.
Getting out of your lot and returning from airport went smoothly as well.

Great service and safe lot
We love how quickly we are brought to the terminal and how quickly we are picked up after our trip. We’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes. The employees are super helpful and friendly, too. We love The Parking Spot (Haynes)!
