Seems like I just filled a survey out - and now another survey. As in the last survey (about a week ago?) - I like the convenience and general efficiency. The shuttle service is generally prompt.
The staff were very friendly and everything was easy to navigate and requesting rides was very easy as well.
Your Greeter as I enter is always smiling and friendly as are most all the drivers. They remember me from one trip to the next which is always nice.

Easy and cheap
I like the lot and service in general. Especially the water when we leave and the car wash. This was another instance where they aren’t watching us as we check in and we had to call for a bus to pick us up after awhile. Pickup from the airport was good and no wait. Otherwise good. Just pickup to head to the terminal was delayed.
