I had a very pleasant chat with an associate who reviewed my previous review, and she explained to me what I need to do to summon a shuttle more quickly when my incoming flight lands after 10:30 p.m. I explained that this is my first experience flying in and out of IAH (my home airport is SAT), and that next time I travel to/from IAH, I'll use Will Clayton 1 for my parking needs. I'll also share this experience with other colleagues who fly into/out of IAH. I appreciate the great customer service.
Finding a spot was easy. Loved the bus picked and dropped us off right at the car. Friendly drivers. Pick up shuttle was so prompt it was an amazing experience.

Great. Had a great experience at The Parking Spot! Both drivers, Noel and Jack, were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the shuttle rides smooth and stress-free, and even helping with luggage The lot was clean, easy to navigate, and pickup was quick on both ends. Overall, excellent service and great value. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again!

60 Y/O GUY, NOT COMPUTER SAVOY ON COMPUTERS... I went online and signed up on phone, utilized the QR Code, parked, a FABULOUS Lady immediately p/u me, went to airport... Returned, called, followed directions to go outside, there was the bus!!!
