The pick up and drop off also the car is safe in your area in the shade and after a long flight you get to the car and on the way out a nice cold bottle of water waiting.

The parking fees are better than the on-airport lots. Your shuttle buses are more frequent than the airport shuttles and the drivers help us with our bags. What's not to like!!!

You know what... I have been traveling 2 weeks a month for the last 7 years and you guys do a great job. The few times I"ve had to park elsewhere it's been a true disappointment. Your valet service is well worth it - safety, convenience, and excellent service. Your drivers and the valets really work to deliver great service and the folks behind the desk are efficient and can solve the occasional problems. I am in my 70's and I really appreciate the help with my bags and the positive attitudes of the drivers and staff. Let them know how important this is for weary travelers, especially when returning home!

Both drivers I had for the shuttles were great! The shuttle was fast and efficient. Huge fan of the parking spot, it made traveling easier!

Service is friendly and prompt. However, the last time we used the shuttle, we got on the wrong one, The driver took our ticket after he started driving and had to return us to the terminal. It was our fault for not realizing we should have been looking for a particular location, but we'd never had an issue before and weren't thinking, just trying to get home. It should be protocol to show the ticket prior to boarding.

It was easy to book online. I was offered a coupon for first time use. The driver was already at our car once we parked. Did not have to wait.
