Great customer service each time I have used The Parking Spot #2. I was picked up at and returned to my parked car going to and from the terminal. Pick up at my car was almost immediate. The wait time at the terminal for a shuttle back to parking lot is reasonable. The mobile app is easy to use. I appreciate the availability of an employee upon entering and exiting the lot to ensure efficiency.
