Every time we use this lot, we’re greeted by shuttles and drivers who are consistently nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The buses themselves are spotless, making the ride feel comfortable and welcoming.

One thing that stands out is how reliable the wait times are—they’re always excellent, so we’re never left wondering when the next shuttle will arrive. I also appreciate how clean the lot is and feel confident that my car is safe while parked there.

On the tech side, the app is straightforward and easy to navigate, which makes the whole process even smoother. The rewards system is a fantastic bonus, and I really love taking advantage of it.

Fast and easy.

The parking spot is so easy to set up and navigate. They take care of everything for you. Download the app and it makes it super easy. You just scan your barcode, drive through and park and someone should be waiting for you or coming very soon on the shuttle to take you to the airport. When we came home it was just as easy. You just keep the slip of paper they gave you and wait at the designated area and they come and pick you up. Its very affordable as well. We have used them twice now with no complaints. We will use them again in the future.

Amazing from start to finish!

Easy to navigate app and the points that are accrued in which can be used for future parking reservations. On my last visit I did like the fact that I had to call to have a driver pick me up from the parking lot after I entered and was guided on where to park by an employee. Took 10minutes for a shuttle to get me from my parked car and one drove pass me.
