Our shuttle driver was really nice (both ways) when being picked up for the airport and when being picked up at the airport to go back to the garage. Our trip on Saturday, 8/22/26 was beyond exciting. Another car was going the wrong way (and headed right for us) and our driver was able to move our bus out of the way and keep us from injury. He was amazing!

Our driver on the way back to the garage made a point of stopping to see about this family that had lost their ticketing and had no idea what garage they were in. She saved that family from a lot of trouble and got them to the entrance of Lot 3 even though her bus was for Lot 1.

Courtesy staff at the security entrance gate even early in the morning, the bottled water when we exit is always welcome as we never have time to grab water once off the plane.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. No waiting for bus and no searching for car when you return! Cheaper than the airport is the ultimate bonus.

They pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car. The drivers I had the last trip were very friendly and helpful.

Easy in and out upon arrival. Pick up at airport this trip was more delayed....waited about 15-20 minutes.... Wouldn't match Park N Go $11 per day coupon I received in mail......would be great if you did....

Very streamlined and efficient! Never had to wait. Drivers helped with my bags and took good care of everyone. Cashier even gave me a cold bottle of water on my way home. Wonderful!

Usually there is a shuttle waiting for us when we park, lately the drivers have been very nice - which is different than in the past. They were not always nice. And it appears the one older very nasty crazy lady who works in the office is either no longer there or we haven't seen her.

Timely and efficient staff

Easy to find. No problem with in and out traffic. Traffic light was essential for this busy road. App worked great.

The Parking Spot West is easy to reserve ahead of your trip and the location (for us) is easy to navigate. It's an ideal location for those returning home taking 71 toward Bastrop. Our vehicle has always been well shaded, safe, and exactly as we left it. The shuttle service to the terminals is a quick ride and the drivers are always helpful offloading your luggage for you. I enjoy the option to pay upfront or upon exit, and the QR codes that have been incorporated inside the shuttles for ease of tipping; I don't typically travel with cash if I can help it.
