Service was fast and reliable

I always have a great experience with Parking Spot. Marco was my drop off back to car person this time and he was GREAT - I couldn't find my card and he was patient with me while I looked and worked my way through where I was parked. He was so kind to everyone on the shuttle.

The reservation process is fairly easy and straightforward. Shuttles are fairly consistent and often the drivers help me with my luggage.

I love the convenience of making a reservation online. The attendant tells us where to park, and the driver picks us up quickly. Drivers are always friendly and helpful.

It was very easy to reserve a spot and very easy to get to the location and the shuttle to the airport was very fast
