It's your drivers! Drivers like Fred G, Brandon, David and others. You have such an awesome team of drivers at the Columbus location and I hope that you take the time ti recognize them. It's not about dollars and sense. And as far as convenience there are competitors. But for me, it's the people. Great attitudes and they always make you feel important and valued. Easy process and friendly staff

I love the ease and covered parking. Shuttle space can be a big issue even when we have pre reserved and indicated what time we would be there. We almost had to wait for a third shuttle this last time when being picked up in the lot.

I like being able to reserve and pay in advance since that is one less thing to worry about when traveling. The QR code that I can save in my digital wallet makes the transaction easy.

Generally a very efficiently operation. The numbers in front of the parking spot need to be repainted since I was in spot T103 but the driver wrote down T10. The 3 is no longer visible and I didn't catch the mistake

The "covered " parking was not worth the added cost due to the amount of dust and debris on the ground and air. It is only seems worth the cost in an rain situation.

Easy in and out of the facility and shuttle was right at our parking spot when we arrived and available at the airport on our return.

I used to exclusively us the KCI Airport shuttle service, always excepting that I may or may not get a parking spot close to a pickup station. Of course you have to drag your luggage across the parking lot to get to a pickup station, not always easy with children. And then a couple early morning flights we had to wait a half hour or so for a shuttle to show up, adding stress to the trip. Then I tried The Parking Spot. This is the way to do it. The Parking Spot app makes it easy to make and manage reservations. You have 4 choices of covered and uncovered parking. I choose standard self-park covered and you get picked up right at your parking space. When you arrive back home, has always been a short wait for a shuttle and the you get dropped off right back at your parking space. No stress, no fuss, just easy parking!

Pick up was smooth and quick! I prefer the east location as it tends to be timelier. Parking was convenient and I love having a cold water on my way out
