Easy in and out with the app. Easy to book space, and cost effective. Would love a smoother ride to the airport, but really that's a minor issue for the short drive.

The Spot 2 makes getting to the airport easy by picking us up at our vehicle and dropping us off at the Terminal we need. The rates are reasonable and the process is simple.
Everything is easy and smooth. Plenty of shuttle even in early morning to drive to the Airport terminal. They would even come to your parking spot and help load the luggages. I have never felt a pressure to tip. But of course always tip, the drivers are always so friendly and helpful. My favorite parking spot to park. I don't have any complaints.
I like how quickly the shuttle bus comes and gets me to the airport.

It's not about dollars and sense. And as far as convenience there are competitors. But for me, it's the people. Great attitudes and they always make you feel important and valued. It's what has made me always choose The Parking Spot!

Easy process and friendly staff
I love the ease and covered parking. Shuttle space can be a big issue even when we have pre reserved and indicated what time we would be there. We almost had to wait for a third shuttle this last time when being picked up in the lot.

I like being able to reserve and pay in advance since that is one less thing to worry about when traveling. The QR code that I can save in my digital wallet makes the transaction easy.

Generally a very efficiently operation. The numbers in front of the parking spot need to be repainted since I was in spot T103 but the driver wrote down T10. The 3 is no longer visible and I didn't catch the mistake
