The thing I liked best about The Parking Spot, is that i could do everything myself. I also really appreciated the frequency of the transport van. Both times we were able to step right on to a van to the airport and back, really GREAT service. We will definitely use The Parking Spot in the future.

The shuttle drivers behave as if they really care about the well-being of those who park here. They eagerly help us with bags, boarding and on our return they make sure we have our bags and our car is ready to go.
The south location is perfect for me. It's sad that I have punch cards for for a couple of days of free parking in this lot, that i am told are not valid. I will advise future customers to be aware that some promotions for this lot may not be real.
Fast, convenient, and economical. Easy to enter and exit and frequent buses for pickup.

I always park in advance at The Parking Spot. The service is great. Usually the drivers are friendly, and I like that I can tip through the app. I never carry cash, so that’s a big plus for me.

I really want to praise the man who dropped me off at my car at 10:30 at night this past Tuesday night. I asked him to wait to make sure that my car would start because one time I had a problem. Not only did he wait, he escorted me over to my car and stood with me.
The pricing is also fairly reasonable and the service is great. I just wish you would sell Diet Coke or caffeine so if we're returning late, we've got a little bit system for a long drive.
We loved the prompt shuttle pickup and dropoff. Very smooth in the parking lot coming and going and the same at the airport. Hassle free and great luggage assistance too.
