Shuttle drivers and valet personnel are friendly and professional. I like that my car is safe & secure, if I use either self park or valet while I travel. Also, I fly United quite often and I can easily fly out of Terminal C & fly into Terminal A…and I never have to worry that my vehicle is parked at the wrong location.

We’ve used The Parking Spot South a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. We’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up either at the lot or at the airport. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve already recommended this company to a handful of friends, and we plan to keep using it.

The ease of coming to the parking lot and the Assistance finding a parking spot. We also enjoyed how the van came and picked us right up and dropped us right off at our car. The cost for a week stay was very manageable. The final and Best yet we forgot to lock our car and when we came back a week later, everything was safe and secure thank you.
