Service has been great!
Straightforward and pretty punctual.
Safe secure parking lot. Employees are friendly and helpful. Shuttle vans need updating. They sound like they're falling apart.
Easy in easy out, polite and courteous staff
Covered Parking, I only have to stand by my car and the absolute best drivers come straight to me, load my bags, give me a card with my spot number. The return trip is just as amazing. I'm a fan fan.
Love the service

Reliable. Easy. Cost friendly
Parking Spot East is my favorite place to park. It's super convenient, very reasonable, and Parking Spot frequently sends discount codes. The shuttle crew is always helpful and pleasant.
I always use the Parking Spot Century when traveling. The price is reasonable (always covered valet), easy access and quick pick-up. I also like that I collect points for free parking days and can use towards car washes.
Prompt transportation to the airport. Friendly driver!
Service is always outstanding.
Quick pickup and drop off. Easy entry/exit through automated gate. Smooth transaction.

Great staff, great location and easy to use.
The Parking Spot gives a safe, affordable parking space while also providing quick shuttle to the airport.
Better communication how to catch a ride back to the Parking Spot. Accurate terminology where you go such as door A, etc. The app isn’t clear where and what to do.
Quick and easy to get to, covered areas, staff is always friendly!
Convenient; Reliable; Affordable
Convenient
It's as easy to use Parking Spot as it is to have a friend take me to the airport. In fact, maybe easier because PS is always on time.
