The entire process has always been easy and peaceful, from the making a reservation to the final exit. We've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up either at the parking lot or at the airport. It's our go-to place for parking when flying out of Denver.

It’s very convenient, quick and easy to access. Where I park it’s very close to the airport. Takes 10 minutes or less highly recommend it.
I am a platinum member and have been a loyal customer for years. I have one complaint. I always book the premium covered parking because of the convenience. Since the SLC location purchased the other competitor parking lot, that convenience for pick up is greatly diminished. once picked up, I now have to traverse the back self-park lots to pick up additional passengers and then exit the lot at the back lot, which means we now have to wait for two traffic light rather than one. This adds significant time and diminishes the benefits of premium parking, I don't know if the cost is now worth the benefit.

Satisfied with the ease of making online reservations. I arrived at the lot on my day of arrival and was directed to a parking lane and immediately picked up by a shuttle. No issues returning from my trip. Check out via the bar code was smooth and efficient.
