Convenient
Used parking spot several times but I prefer the Parking Spot East - even though it’s further away from the airport. The structure is nicer and so are the staff.
We were picked up promptly after getting our luggage in baggage claim by a friendly, helpful driver. Our car was ready and warmed up when we arrived back at the Parking Spot. Our kind driver lifted the bags on and off the shuttle for us. Such an easy return after a long day of flying (and a diversion to another airport due to weather before arriving back at Bradley)!
