Usually there is a shuttle waiting for us when we park, lately the drivers have been very nice - which is different than in the past. They were not always nice. And it appears the one older very nasty crazy lady who works in the office is either no longer there or we haven't seen her.

The Parking Spot West is easy to reserve ahead of your trip and the location (for us) is easy to navigate. It's an ideal location for those returning home taking 71 toward Bastrop. Our vehicle has always been well shaded, safe, and exactly as we left it. The shuttle service to the terminals is a quick ride and the drivers are always helpful offloading your luggage for you. I enjoy the option to pay upfront or upon exit, and the QR codes that have been incorporated inside the shuttles for ease of tipping; I don't typically travel with cash if I can help it. Y'all are great - easy come / easy go - very minimal wait time on both side of the trip. If im going to be critical at all , i would suggest replacing shocks sooner than later on a few of your vans ..drivers are always professional

I like there always parking spaces available. I would like to have a tracker for when the bus is going to come in the parking lot. Many buses moving around the lot but none of them were for the “basic” lot. It was 98 degrees outside and we waited over 25 mins for a bus. The bus that did arrive had no A/C.

It is easy and convenient to park with you at the airport. No long walks, pickup and dropoff at my vehicle is terrific!

Convenient

It is nice that the parking is close enough to the airport and just as accessible as the airports long term parking, but significantly cheaper. The drivers are always pleasant and informative and the transportation has been timely and promptly available when departing or arriving.

You should consider putting solar panels on the roof ….. you’ve got enough area that you’d be v able to power a small city !
