We used the valet option and loved the convenience. On return we loved how quickly our shuttle arrived and having our vehicle waiting was great after a long travel day.
The driver that took us to the airport was a #10. The driver that returned us to our car I will only give a -1. He was very unfriendly and no help with my handicapped wife's bags.
This is my second time using the app, and I absolutely love it. I reserve my parking spot, and then I receive an alert indicating the exact location where I need to park. It’s incredibly helpful!

Our driver on the return trip from airport was taking turns way to fast. We were falling over, the luggage fell out of space. I was getting car sick. He was helpful with or luggage at our car, just the drive was not so well.

I like how your drivers when customers arrive and park, they see where they park and come to you instead of having to go look for them. I like how friendly they all are. I like how they write down where you parked and give it to you on a card, so you do not have to remember where you parked. I have been a customer for a while.
Covered parking is great and getting picked up/dropped off at my car is the best.
