My flight was delayed getting in, it was after midnight when I finally arrived to BDL. My car was battery was dead. At 1am after a long day - an employee at The Parking Spot charged my car battery and I was able to leave and get home. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service.

** This was the first time I noticed seat belts. They were a tripping hazard. On the ride back from the airport, our shuttle was full, and several people seemed to be getting caught up in them when leaving the shuttle. I didn't notice the issue on the ride in, but we were the only people on the early morning shuttle to the airport. It appears that by the end of the day, most of them are just laying in the floor.

I love the convenience of pulling into the Parking Spot and getting on your buses to be dropped off at the airport. Then on returning they are there to pick you up.

We lie everything. The facility has great covered parking in an area that has frequent hailstorms - so protecting our car. The employees are great, we get picked up at our car and taken to the airport by a polite, helpful driver. The price is very good for all the services rendered.
