Usually the wait isn't to long for the shuttle. Drivers a courteous. Only complaint is it's pricey but everything is pricey.
Ease of in & outshuttle wait time is good
The only issue that I even remotely had was when we exited the terminal and went up to the first shuttle, the shuttle driver was kind of rude about the fact that he did not go to the JFK lot. Other than that, we had absolutely no issues and no problems. The other shuttle pulled up as we were walking to the loading area.
Convenient drop off, everything ready on return. Polite employees. Most are very helpful.

It is easy and convenient. However - it took over 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at my car to go to the airport which is 13 minutes too long
Greetings: clase parking to Hobby. Great rate on pricing. Overhead protección for my car. 24 Houston security on site. To top this off I was 2 hours late for me to picking my car at the scheduled time. It was very easy for me tor reset my pickup time for my car online with no extra fees charged to me. I will be using The Spot 2 again and I Will share this company with family and friends.
