So far everything. Your app, ease of reservation, greeting at the gate, parking lot free from potholes, driver marking parking spot, picking up quickly at the spot and returning to the spot.
This experience was very nice. The bus was readily available to take us to the terminal and also on the way back. The frequency of the Van it was very convenient during the times we went. It seems almost randomly, then will drop in frequency and will be waiting in the terminal, but this time it did not happen. The van is clean. The people are nice too. No complaints!

I like the convenience of the shuttle service from car to airport and back again. Minimal waiting time.
One drawback if you pay in advance and come back early they do not automaically refund your money. In their defense I did not ask for a refund as it was a minimal charge for a 5 day parking spot.
