We always park at parking spot 3 and normally have great service. We just returned from a trip and the driver that picked us up was very rude. First, he did not even get out of his seat to help us with any bags. Second, he argued with a customer when she asked him a question, which made everyone on the bus uncomfortable. Last, his driving was erratic and unnecessary at that time of night. We always tip, however, this time we did not. We handed him our ticket when we got on and then he passed our car up and then we had to walk. This was the worst experience ever. The white paper said "Jessie H". I am assuming that this was the driver. There was an older couple that was dropped off before us and the lady was a little confused and the driver said, well is this your car or not, but very rudely. Perhaps he needs to stick to the daytime and not drive at night or find a different job.
Very short wait time for shuttle.
I’ve parked with TPS almost a handful of times and it’s always been convenient. Shuttle comes and picks you up quickly after you arrive and it’s made the whole process of going to the airport that much easier. Definitely recommend.

Shuttles are almost always waiting to take us to the airport. Parking Spot East is very convenient for Illinois residents. I like the AAA discount they offer, and sales offered throughout the year. Bottled water at checkout is another plus.

My only complaint is the girl in the booth where you check in/out is very rude and unprofessional. (Chubby, white, long brown hair.) She is the only representative you come into contact with and gives a very bad impression.

Location of the lot is easy to access from Greenbelt. At 75, I like being picked up and returned to my car without having to fight to get on a shuttle or figure out where my car is in the dark.
