If there are any issues or you need questions answered, there is always someone there to help. We book the Century lot and stay right next next door at the Hilton which makes it so convenient.
The shuttle is the easiest to spot upon pick up at LAX and I have never waited more than 5 minutes...maybe I was lucky. With their frequent promotions, the pricing is much more affordable than hiring a car service or Uber. The Parking Spot is the best spot.
