Shuttle was prompt and convenient. Though the driver on the last shuttle that I was on didn't really assist in luggage that way that many customers have become accustomed to.

I always choose the Parking Spot 2 at Hobby when I am flying from there. It is directly across the street from the terminal, so it only takes minutes to get from your parking space to the drop off locations. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I have had occasion to be thankful for the services provided since I made a mistake in booking a recent stay. The staff was so courteous and helpful in helping me correct my mistake. I will continue to book my parking with Parking Spot 2 at both Hobby and Bush.
