The Parking Spot East is easy to get to. You can always find a spot to park. The shuttle drivers are courteous, helpful, and safe. I will always use The Parking Spot East when I fly out of St. Louis.
easy to use, shuttle was excellent
Convenient, reasonably priced, easy to book
My car was in a locked lot and well looked after. Made leaving the airport so simple and getting to my car the easiest process I have experienced. I would use this service again and again.
Good location, quick shuttle ride, even though I parked in the cheaper lot the walk was short
Nice meeting the driver at our car. Quick trip to the airport. Coming back, the shuttle was outside waiting when we came outside. No waiting for us. Thank you.
Timely pickup to and from the airport!
The system works great
Great service! The battery in my truck didn't have enough charge to start my truck. The folks at the Parking Spot helped me right away and got me on the road. What a great comfort!
The parking process was easy and it was a quick trip to the airport. Please keep prices reasonable.
Lots of covered parking and ability to pay ahead of time.

Ease of use. The new cover parking is great.
The Parking Spot takes the stress out of airport parking! We love how easy the process is! Upon arrival you're directed where to park and the shuttle bus is usually right there waiting to take you to the airport. It would be nice if you didn't have to show your code multiple times to exit the lot.
Very convenient, fast, friendly service from my car in the parking lot to the airport.
Easy to reserve, park and check out
I had a great experience! I loved my conversation with the driver who took me back to my vehicle. He was a competitive skater back in the day and we skated at the same rink as kids...Skata-arama in OKC.
Great visit and ride!
Easy and fast
The customer service is good, and the drivers are nice and very helpful with the baggage.
Kind drivers and shittle
Very reliable. Minimal wait for airport dropoff and airport pickup. Drivers were courteous and careful with my bags. As an older senior female felt safe throughout the process.
The covered parking and frequent sales on parking

It's fair. It's customer centered. Everyone is professional and courteous. It's reasonably priced.
Everything!
The timeliness of the shuttles.
Very good service from drivers and shuttles run often and drop me right where I parked.
I did try to use the South lot but was unable to find it where my GPS said it was so used the West lot instead because I knew where it was.
