Close and convenient, shuttle are always clean and the drivers are helpful.
Overall good service - was a little difficult finding the open spots where I believed I was supposed to park, and then signage to the shuttle was hard to find as it was late at night, but we were able to do it, get to our terminal and have plenty of time. Coming back it was a little hard to figure out where from the Tom Bradley terminal the pickup location was, but we figured it out and caught the next one to come to get back to our car.

I don’t have to worry about the airport and getting there on time
The people are very nice, the only thing I did not like was the fact that you took all the handicap parking for the electric cars. It made it very difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle.
Easy to book online. Attendants were very helpful when I arrived and it was easy to get to and back from my terminal.

Outstanding service. Someone was at the booth to help and guide me in the morning and someone was at the booth when I checked out a few nights later. The drivers were professional and friendly. They both insisted on carrying my luggage. So refreshing to see an upstanding and professionally run business.

Every business has things that happen that are out of their control. How they resolve those issues and take care of their customers is important. The Parking Spot did a great job handling a minor issue on my last visit. I will definitely use them on my next trip.
