I rarely have to wait more than 5 mins for a baggage claim pickup and never when I arrive. The price is extremely reasonable. Every employee have dealt with is friendly and efficient. I live 15 minutes from the airport but using taxis, Uber, etc. are neither reliable or convenient.

Obviously, I like the proximity to the airports and that it's cheaper than parking right at the airport. However, I am disappointed that when your company took over Park N Fly at the north entrance to DFW airport, you aren't using that area. That was much more convenient as it was right off the highway and now we have to wind through a business park to get in and out.

I like the covered, and guarded lot that is located somewhat close to PHX airport. The shuttle buses run regularly to and from the airport and the drivers have always been courteous and helpful.

We love the Parking Spot. My son and daughter use the Parking Spot every time they fly. They suggested it to my wife and I. This is the second trip we have parked at the Parking Spot and we love it. So much easier to park and let them do the driving and drop off at the airport. All the driver's are very courteous and polite.
