The Parking Spot Plus lot felt safe and secure for our car to be left there. So convenient to be picked up and dropped off by a shuttle directly from our car! Shuttles were efficient, and drivers were kind and helpful. The only thing that was a little confusing was the directions to the shuttle on our return trip. We had been given a card by our first shuttle driver with one set of instructions to the lot and told they had recently changed, and the app had different instructions, so that was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out.

Shuttles come quickly almost every time.

I really like that working process was easy. The moment I parked there was already a shuttle behind me to pick me up and they did not wait long. They just dropped me to the airport. It was a quick ride and also when I came back to the airport, I can just open the app and see where are the shuttles and the shuttle came to me to pick me up in two minutes. It was a great experience overall and the drivers shuttle also helped me to board and board the backs on the shuttle, which was very kind of him.

Driver supplies a card with exact parking spot location once customer boards the shuttle bus. Helps load luggage, too. :)

After one try with The Parking Spot, I am all in! So reliable! Making reservations was a breeze. It's affordable and has rewards and promotions programs. The lot is in excellent condition. The APP got me in and out of the lot with ease and gave me all the information I needed; super easy to find my reservation. I have lots of travel coming up, and I have officially moved from one parking option that wasn't great to this one, which is great! Could not ask for more!

Reservations are easy and it’s efficient. I don’t park anywhere else.

I like that I can reserve a spot in advance and there are human monitors in the lot that can see when cars enter the lot. They send a bus to pick me up as soon as I get out of my car. I also like that there is always a bus ready to pick up at the airport and they are always parked in the same spot so I don't have to search for a bus.
