I would definitely use the Spot again. Easy to book online, close to airport, and shuttles always running. Also I accidentally left my phone on the shuttle and they helped me find it right away. Drivers are helpful and friendly.

It is the easiest place to park. Picked up quickly upon arrival home. Driver was beyond kind assisting with our numerous bags. He was friendly and engaged us in conversation.
The drivers
It was easy from the time we booked our reservation to when we left. Easy to enter without having to wait for an attendant. Plenty of places to park. Friendly staff. Easy exit. We also left a phone on the bus. The driver promptly got it back to us without any delay or annoyance that we left it. She apologized that they didn’t catch it earlier.
Staff is always courteous. And I appreciate the water going out the gate.
