With one exception, the drivers are wonderful and the shuttle is always prompt. After parking my vehicle, I have never had to wait for the shuttle. I have never waited longer than 1-2 minutes at the airport for the shuttle back to FLY. One lady driver, honked at me to stop me from going in the direction of the self-park arrows, and was gesturing rudely, but that's the only negative encounter I had, and I have traveled more frequently for work lately.

The staff is always kind and extremely helpful. Love that the shuttle comes to you for pick up and drops you off right at your car.

The Parking Spot South is easy to access and is very efficient in the way they run their operation. The vast majority of drivers are very courteous, polite, and helpful.

This experience was great. I would give it a perfect score, but my prior experience wasn't great. Customer service did a wonderful job resolving the issue, and I booked this parking spot and another for my next trip.

Always kind and helpful

Safe parking

We pulled into the parking garage, and the shuttle driver was there. Wwe were directed to the parking spot to park, and the driver picked us up immediately, loading our luggage into the shuttle. Upon our return, we waited less than 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The same driver picked us up and loaded our overstuffed luggage in the shuttle. He took us to our vehicle and again unloaded our luggage to the tailgate. Upon exiting we were given cold bottles of water for our drive home.

Definitely our choice for parking near the airport in a covered garage, during all weather conditions, especially during rain and snow!
