Lot 1 location, availability of parking spots when make reservations, service to the airport is usually good and prompt when parking but, it seems that lot 1 doesn’t have as many vans for picking people up at the airport as lot 2 or south locations- case in point: I arrived in Phoenix on 11/26 and was standing at door 7, terminal 4, at 3:55 pm and a lot 1 van didn’t arrive until 4:23 pm. In this timeframe, there were 3 vans from lot 2 and 2 vans from south- something is wrong and it is not “delighting the customer “

It was very easy, and it gave us peace of mind not to have to worry about an Uber so early in the morning. Wish the signs after arrival were a little more obvious and could be found more easily, but, still a great service.

The service is so easy and convenient. Parking is a breeze and easy to find your car with the helpful service provided by the staff. As soon as you oark your car, a shuttle is there soon after to help with your luggage and to transport you to the airport to your terminal. Would recommend to anybody.
