Good service convenient location

THE DRIVERS ARE FRIENDLY AND THE SHUTTLES ARE ALWAYS RUNNING

Convenient and nice people.

I like the ease of booking, check in and check out. The bus drivers are courteous and helpful. Park N Fly is my go to spot when traveling out of MSP.

drop off and pick up at terminal

I am familiar with it and wanted consistency

Easy to navigate, quick service to and from the airport and very fairly priced

Easy in, easy out. Short wait times to terminal.

We continue to use parking spot for several reasons, first, the parking is covered and is more secure than the parking at the airport. Second, the shuttle bus picks us up at our car, takes us to the airport drop off location, then picks us up at the airport and takes us directly to our car on the return trip.
We have now twice used the car washing service and will continue to do so. Now that we have used your service we will not go back to the airport parking lot.

It is easy, convenient and I can set it up in advance. The drivers are courteous and workers are very nice.

The driver was courteous and was very efficient in loading and unloading my luggage. I’ve been using the Parking Spot for many years and will continue to do so.

Convenient and fast.

Quick pick up at the car and at the airport.

I thought the drop off and pick up went smoothly and the employees of The Parking Spot are super friendly and professional. It’s always a great experience using The Parking Spot whether we are in Philadelphia or New Jersey.

Fast and easy, drivers were great, shuttles spaced out so I did not need wait.

Frequency of shuttle pick up. Courtesy of the shuttle drivers.

Friendly service. Very pleasant experience as always.

Extremely easy.
Didn’t realize I had been torturing myself for years not parking here.
