Very easy to use

I had a bill issue as I exited the parking spot. The QR code I had when I scanned at the check out exit, the total was 3 times of original estimate (with holiday promo code). After sending an email, Santiago from customer services made the adjustment and send me a revised bill /receipt. It will take 3-7 business to take an effect for a refund. The parking spot employee at the check in was nice and the shuttle services are on time and help me with luggage. I noticed later that on the app, you can see the driver route and also can tip the driver. I will do that on my next trip!

So simple. Drop off, van is right there drop you off right in front of the gate. All nice employees. I've already recommended the parking spot to one of my colleagues.

The Parking Spot was incredibly convenient and made my trip to and from STL SO much easier. There was a Parking Spot shuttle waiting for me as soon as I got out of the garage and as soon as I got my luggage to head back to my car. The shuttle drivers were also increase nice and respectful helping my load/unload my luggage. The Parking Spot provided me with peace of mind that my car was safe and that I wouldn’t have to worry about it while I traveled. Highly recommend.

It was quick, easy, and efficient.

Easy to drive to facility and check in. Found a close parking spot and bus was right there to pick. Me up and take to terminal.

Easy to book.

The shuttle bus pick up is fast once you have parked in the lot and they come to your car. Most drivers help move luggage on and off the bus and we tip them.

It’s usually convenient and always a good value. I say usually because of the current road construction but that is no fault of the company. I like being brought back to my vehicle and the assistance with my bags.

It was easy getting to and from the airport. Both drivers were very good.

Although it's a bit more expensive than some of the other parking options, the location and number of shuttles, makes it a quick and easy option for airport parking.

My husband and I really loved that special touch of adding waters to take home with us after we checked out of our parking. That little gesture really left a lasting mark and I have not seen that at other parking places I have parked at. Thank you!
