My driver wrote my exact row & space # on a ticket and handed it to me when I boarded the bus. He had exceptional customer service. I either had the same driver when I returned or this time of service is done by ALL drivers at this spot. I will be coming back!
The parking lot is easy to access and process smooth. Drivers are timely and courteous.
EZ to use. Friendly employees.
Alway dependable. Have used them for years and always a good experience.
Everything seems to run smoothly. The only issue I would have is I think your buses need to go through the lot and the airport stops more frequently.
Driver was courteous, helpful.
We were very pleased with the wait time required this time. There was a bus within 5 minutes to take us to the airport and again we had no wait time when we returned. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful.
