Parking out of the weather is big relief. Went on vacation for 2 weeks while gone our area was hit with a huge snow storm 11 inches plus. Got back to our vehicle and it was perfectly clean ready to go. 1 year we parked outdoors vehicle was covered in ice and snow when we got back. Never again will I park outdoors !!.

The shuttle driver was very helpful when we picked up our car on 1/28 at midnight. He cleared off the car and snow behind the car so we could back out without getting stuck. This was much appreciated!

The staff is absolutely amazing, helped us with our dead battery and kept us warm in single-digit weather.

The attendants were very helpful and loaned us a snow shovel to dig our car out. I just wish the people plowing around the cars had done a better job not burying the cars on the corners. It took us an hour to dig our car out in 6 degree weather.

My parking experience was very pleasant.

The drivers are always friendly and professional. They always serve with a smile no matter what time of day or night I am accessing the parking shuttle/parking lot.

I do recommend that you all restripe the parking lot and repaint the numbers on the lot itself in Parking lot #2. The winter storm posed a huge problem in identifying numbers. However, even on bright sunny days, it's difficult to see where to park. During the night hours it's impossible to see where to park and you can't see the numbers at all.

I do appreciate the new improved lighting system at Parking Spot #2. It feels safer now that there is more light available.

A major snowstorm happened while our vehicle was parked under roof so no clearing of snow was required to drive home. Also the shuttle van picked us up right at our car and loaded the suitcases in the shuttle. After our trip we were picked up at the door of the airport and dropped off at our car. No walking across snow covered parking lots and shuttle driver was quick and courteous.
