The attendants were very helpful and loaned us a snow shovel to dig our car out. I just wish the people plowing around the cars had done a better job not burying the cars on the corners. It took us an hour to dig our car out in 6 degree weather.
My parking experience was very pleasant.
The drivers are always friendly and professional. They always serve with a smile no matter what time of day or night I am accessing the parking shuttle/parking lot.
I do recommend that you all restripe the parking lot and repaint the numbers on the lot itself in Parking lot #2. The winter storm posed a huge problem in identifying numbers. However, even on bright sunny days, it's difficult to see where to park. During the night hours it's impossible to see where to park and you can't see the numbers at all.
I do appreciate the new improved lighting system at Parking Spot #2. It feels safer now that there is more light available.

A major snowstorm happened while our vehicle was parked under roof so no clearing of snow was required to drive home. Also the shuttle van picked us up right at our car and loaded the suitcases in the shuttle. After our trip we were picked up at the door of the airport and dropped off at our car. No walking across snow covered parking lots and shuttle driver was quick and courteous.
All worked well. The shuttle was timely. The driver was courteous.

The Parking Spot Sepulveda is a great place to park It is convenient safe and fast. Everyone is friendly and the shuttle service is awesome. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended them.

I have had very positive experiences using The Parking Spot! The service has always been good. This last time using The Parking Spot, I was so grateful to the driver, John, as my car was snowed into the parking spot, and he shoveled my car out and scraped my windows, so I was able to go home!! It was 9:30 p.m. and freezing cold!! I don't know what I would have done without his wonderful service. I recommend The Parking Spot to everyone I know who is flying out of the Buffalo airport!!! Thanks again, John!!!

Well, coming here 30years+. Gotten better on being at the airport more frequently, more busses running and the staff always seen to be in a good mood. I have a handy cap tag and have a hard time sometimes getting the bag into the bus. I like when there is someone to help. And in saying that, I do tip for the help. Some of the women don't move at all. Overall, doing a good job and staying here.

Fantastic service from employee in getting auto out of parking space and on the road from under snow and ice after recent storm. After dropping off at auto, said he'd be back -- and so he was. Friendly and courteous and attentive. A credit to training!!!
