We can't give The Parking Spot enough praise! We arrived back to Columbus on Thanksgiving night after being gone for 10 days. Our car wouldn't start, so the shuttle driver came back and jumped our battery and got the car started. We drove to the "checkout" gate and the car just died right at the gate. The shuttle driver came back and jumped our battery again and let it sit with the charger for about 10 minutes. We decided to call AAA in case we needed a new battery. The shuttle driver cleared a spot for us to wait for the AAA driver (eta was an hour). The staff shift changed and the people for the next shift were just as nice! They offered a warm lobby, hot coffee, and restrooms to us. The AAA driver finally got there (turned out we were ok and didn't need a new battery) and we were good to go. When I got up to the gate to pay, I couldn't find my ticket or QR code or email. The lady was so patient and kind. She looked up my reservation and I was able to pay with her instead of the machine. And then we were finally on our way! Made it home about 3:15 a.m.

I love that it's close to the terminal and having covered parking is key for me here in Denver. I love your app and the points I accumulate for free parking in the future. I love the Parking Spot, and only left so I could be under cover while I was away, so great job on securing this location. Your team is always friendly too!

I like how often the buses run to the terminal to pick up passengers. The drivers are always so helpful with luggage. I don't love the price hikes at holidays though but I know business is business.
