Always a positive experience. One thing I'm growing disappointed in, however, is the seemingly uptick of nickle-and-diming. Additional charge to have a shuttle pickup at my car, additional charge for covered parking. What's next? I'm now getting super squeezed on the shuttle as the driver tries to fill every single seat option, making the ride a bit uncomfortable. With the additional charges, perhaps additional shuttles can be considered.

It's very convenient. I just book then on day of go in and park and when I get back even if its late it is so easy to check out.

As I backed into my spot, the shuttle driver pulled up in front of me, grabbed my bag, and we were off to the terminal. On the ride home, I walked out of the terminal just as the shuttle was pulling up. So quick and efficient! I will never park anywhere else in the future.
Exiting the lot was a tiny bit confusing, but a shuttle driver pulled up next to me and had me follow her to the customer exit.

I have never used you before. I live in Arkansas, but the flights were cheaper out of KC, I was concerned about leaving my car. But after the awesome experience with the Parking Spot, I will 100% use you again. And the shuttle bus driver was the same for drop off and pick up - he was awesome! Very friendly and helpful!

I love the fact that I can book way ahead as soon as I buy my tickets and I can pay ahead and it’s no hassle when I go. I just use the QR code and it’s so easy and everyone there is so pleasant.
