Ease of making reservation. Friendliness of drivers. The short wait times for pick up whether at the lot or the airport. We were brought to our car late at night. The driver waited to make sure our car would start and helped us put our luggage in the trunk. We appreciated his kindness so much.

It is very convenient: parking is easy and the bus picked me up as soon as I parked, I was given a paper stub with my parking slot number on it, when coming back a Parking Spot bus was available to drive me to my car, ALL Parking Spot employees are super friendly, and checking out and paying for my parking was simple.

While not quite as convenient as on-site parking, having the driver meeting us near our car was very nice. Receiving a parking reminder ticket was also helpful. Using the app to check in and rapidly exit was great. I believe after using this service a few more times that I will appreciate it even more.

Everything is easy: making reservations online, finding the lot, parking, getting picked up & returning after trip. Get picked up at my car is very important to me, I'm an older adult who often travels with a pet. It would be hard for me to drag all my luggage to a pickup spot, and the drivers are so kind and helpful in getting my heavy suitcase on & off the van.

Usually timely pick up and drop off. Personable drivers - willing to help and make small talk. I like having the driver’s name posted so I can personally thank them by name. Appreciate the savings with on line discount. Checkout is so easy - scan charge and go!

Always feel safe leaving my vehicle here. It's always nice to be able to get dropped off at the gate and picked up with your car waiting for you . Will always choose the parking spot.

Except the Construction on the Highway getting in and out this time! That was terrible but not your fault!

I love that it is a secure lot and that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car.

For the most part your drivers are professionals, always helps customers with their luggage. However there a few exceptions that may need coaching. Overall i would definitely recommend to my colleagues, friends and family
