I love this company. It is so nice to see a business that obviously cares about their customers. They run like clockwork. The drivers are always super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I never have to worry about trying to get my (always heavy) suitcase out of the vehicle and when I am returning from my trip they make sure to put my suitcase in my vehicle for me. Many times I come in late in the evening by myself and they make sure I am in my vehicle and safe (being female that is very much appreciated).

I have always parked at Parking Spot 3 for the last 4 years. Everyone has been very friendly when I asked a question. My last trip I took, June 22 - 25, I reserved a spot before I got there and wasn’t sure exactly what I needed to do. The lady at the gate was very helpful in telling me exactly what to do. Parking Lot 3 is my No. 1 place to park.
