The drivers were excellent. Mrs. Lisa especially was so helpful & kind at 6 in the morning. Mr. Ed brought us back to our car and he was also great.

The service is always excellent. The drivers are very helpful and friendly and help with our luggage. I really appreciate that especially as we’ve gotten older and we can’t lift the bags so easily anymore. The shuttle service is frequent, which I also really appreciate. And we love love love the cold water at the exit! It’s something we look forward to when we’re leaving the airport to know that there’s gonna be a bottle of cold water for us as we’re exiting the facility.

I have not seen a change in service since the change from Park & Fly Plus to The Parking Spot Plus. The drivers are professional and courteous, and I have not had to wait for long periods for a shuttle either on the lot or at the airport so far. The complimentary parking upgrade to covered self-park was a pleasant surprise for this last trip.

We've used the Parking Spot for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with their service. It does seem like it takes a little longer these days to get picked up by a bus after arriving to the Parking Spot and getting parked. Maybe they don't have as many buses running.
Last Friday night, we had to wait for awhile to get picked up at Hobby airport, but I appreciate that they ended up sending a bus from Parking Spot 2 to come get us. There must have been some sort of backlog and I'm sure that reduced our wait from what it might have been. And the driver was very friendly and apologetic about our wait.
I'm sure we'll continue to use Parking Spot in the future!

Easy parking, easy pick up.

Quick and efficient. I like making reservations on phone, having credit card on file so I can have a quick exit, and the drivers are always pleasant and helpful.
