Friendly staff and quick service!
The Parking Spot makes going to the airport so easy! Just reserve your day and time, you don't even have to pay up front to reserve, park your car, board the shuttle to your terminal, and done! When you come back, you take the shuttle back and pay when you leave! Super affordable as well! I recommend to anyone heading to the LAX! Thank you! Keep up the great service!
Easy access, easy off and on transports.
So easy to scan the App upon entering, and the attendants have always been helpful.
Location and don’t have to wait long
Good rates and service
We travel frequently and always park at The Parking Spot, either in PHL or BWI. Our recent use of Parking Spot at PHL went well, as we've come to expect. The shuttle drivers were prompt, helpful and pleasant. We are confident our car is safe while we travel.
Easy check-in and out. Fast shuttle. Thank you
Close to airport. Helpful with baggage.
Very dependable
Ease of using app. All the employees are very, very conscientious and respectful . Was a little disappointed upon arrival into the premium covered parking as i had to wait on the parking spot van. As I entered the premium parking structure, I passed two drivers standing outside their van drinking coffee.
Previously, when parking in the covered parking area, the parking van was waiting as I got my luggage out of my vehicle. So was surprised that I had to wait on the van while in premium parking.
Been using for a long time

Great service from everyone.
The entire experience is always outstanding!
We were very happy to find a bus waiting since our flight was delayed by 5 hours from Denver! A bus was there and ready to leave long before we were expected to arrive. THANK YOU. After a five hour weather delay and arriving after 10:45 p.m in Oakland, we were exhausted. DRIVER WAS GREAT! Thank you!
