It was so easy to book, I appreciate the generous window of when I could arrive. And, I needed to change my arrival date by a day and I was refunded almost instantly! Felt great to deal with a company that cares about the service it provides. Scanning in and out was super easy, and even at 3 am the shuttle bus was right there. Absolutely a great experience
