The staff was very friendly and helpful The drivers were excellent in their work. They were friendly, very professional, and loaded the luggage carefully. They made getting to the airport and back very easy. I liked the location of the Parkin Spot, but having to slow down to enter the location off of a major, busy road is very difficult. It is also hard to realize when you get there because you have to drive so fast to keep with the flow of traffic. The same when leaving. Thus the Parking Spot was excellent to use if it had better egress and exiting lanes.

The people were very friendly and nice. They let me use the bathroom in the office. The driver was very talkative and helpful. I really appreciate the cold water upon exiting.
