Guest Testimonials

The people that I came in contact with are very professional and helpful. The shuttle driver was really awesome!

always fast and smooth. All covered spaces mean no worries about the weather. Shuttles are very quick to pick you up and they go right to the terminal with minimal delay. Drivers are always attentive- I hardly have to wrestle my luggage at all. Lot is well lit, secured and always attended and you can drive right in from the highway. All Good.

Convenience quick transportation service pickup and drop off.

Pick up and delivery at my car, along help with my luggage

Easy to book, reasonable rates.

Courteous, fast service.

The ease of parking your car and having the shuttle waiting right by your car whisking you to your terminal, and the same when you return from your trip.

So very convenient with self park. You pick right up at my spot, give me a card with the space and return me to my space. Have a very efficient app that has my registered code, I can log in my parking spot, tip the driver and scan to leave. The bonus is the bottle of water on the way out.

The location is great and there are usually plenty of shuttles to pick up and drop off. Most of the drivers are friendly and helpful as well

We love how quickly we get picked up after parking, how close the locations are to the terminals and the assistance we get to load our luggage. Check-in and check-out are extremely easy and all the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend trusting your car to The Parking Spot locations!

Always good service

Everything! The price, the convenience, the service, the courtesy, as I originally stated, everything!

This is in anticipation of the imminent opening of the new covered parking lot. Actually, more like a football field-sized new section. Assuming the price point will be competitive, it makes The Parking Spot West, by far, the best covered parking option closest to the airport. Yes there are a few others closer but usually at both higher cost and with less frequent shuttle service. The loyalty program is a good one, basic but earns free days easily. Shuttles usually run frequently and almost always, with great, friendly drivers who are very helpful. By next year when the open lot is repaved and the current shed-like covered area are redone, there will be great options for everyone depending on their needs. And the time of year.

Efficiency

Friendly, safe and fast.
