It is easy to book a reservation and there are often coupons savings. By belonging to The Spot Club I can earn free days. The shuttle is easy and convenient and I like that the parking is covered.

It is very convenient, as it is one of the first parking places you come to on the way to the airport. They keep lots of shuttles going, so you don't have to wait for pickup. Our return flight was at night, but soon as we walked out there was a shuttle loading. It was a comfort not to have to wait at night to be picked up. Drivers are very kind and professional.

Our only complaint was when we got back from our international flight.
We did not know where the pick up spot was located. The ticket stub info was not clear.
We went out the doors but had no idea where Zone 4 was. We ended up calling the office and were told where to go. We had to walk all the way up to the other end of the pick up stops, dragging our luggage behind us.
It would have been great having a pick up area at the international arrival end. Or clearer instructions of where to go.
This time was very fast pickup from the airport. I was the first one on bus and we left right away instead of waiting another 10+ minutes like sometimes happens.

Staff is great. I park in Premium. Priority shuttle service seems to have went away. Last few times I was picked up and then we went to lot for Ride Share and uncovered lot pickup. Not thrilled about the addition of the Ride Share spaces. Have experienced delays twice now waiting for those customers as they have been confused about the process.

Shuttle service is always fast. After a 2 hour flight delay it’s great to walk out of baggage claim and the shuttle is there waiting to take you to your car.
