I like the reliable service! That's top for me. There's always a shuttle picking you up from the airport or the lot. Friendly staff too! I've also never had a negative incident leaving my vehicle there. I trust that my car will always be safe while I travel.

I had a great experiencing usng theParking spot. I parked my car quickly and got transport van to pick my up near my parking space in a timely manner. I reutrned back late after 10pm so I use their app to schedule my pickup and the driver came in good time.Overall I would use this service again.

The Parking Spot is by far the best offsite parking location for Orlando airport. As soon as I enter, there are people to get me to my spot and pick me up. When I return, I can see where the shuttles are on the app and a shuttle is usually there very quickly to pick me up (much faster than any of the other parking shuttle services). Everyone who works there is also super friendly and their parking location is the closest to the airport and highway access!

You guys always greet me with a smile. I am an older woman, and the driver always puts my suitcase into the back of my car. Prompt pick up and delivery of passengers at/from the terminals. Absolutely no complaints.
