They pick you up as soon as you park. Never have to wait for a van at the airport, they are always there. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful.

I was impressed by the car wash afterwards. And the complimentary water when you check out. I usually park at the parking service that provides under cover parking but decided to try this company because of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal. It was the exact same service except without covered parking but the car wash made up for that. And the water was a nice perk because we were so thirsty after all that travel and activity at the airport.
