Usually quick and easy to get into the facility, park, and get to the airport fast. The only issue I ever have is when it takes a long time for a shuttle to get to covered parking, or when the driver changes the "usual" process and either waits for a while, or stops on the way out of the lot at uncovered and delays my travel to the airport. This is not normal, however some drivers do not seem to have the same instructions to follow.

The ese of being picked up quickly at our parking spot and the airport. When we flew the last time and got back to our car the battery was dead. The young man that picked us up got us started in a very short time and was very polite.

The service is reliable and usually pretty quick. Sometimes depending on flight arrivals and time frame the wait can be a little longer. The phone at The Premium location needs to be answered quicker late at night or early in the mornings.

Shuttle driver was very professional and very friendly. Service was very efficient.

airport terminal to the parking lot was Great. He was focused on his passengers, and had a 100% Customer Service First Attitude.

It is easy to book a reservation and there are often coupons savings. By belonging to The Spot Club I can earn free days. The shuttle is easy and convenient and I like that the parking is covered.

It is very convenient, as it is one of the first parking places you come to on the way to the airport. They keep lots of shuttles going, so you don't have to wait for pickup. Our return flight was at night, but soon as we walked out there was a shuttle loading. It was a comfort not to have to wait at night to be picked up. Drivers are very kind and professional.

Both drivers were great to get us to and from the airport terminal.
Our only complaint was when we got back from our international flight.
We did not know where the pick up spot was located. The ticket stub info was not clear.
We went out the doors but had no idea where Zone 4 was. We ended up calling the office and were told where to go. We had to walk all the way up to the other end of the pick up stops, dragging our luggage behind us.
It would have been great having a pick up area at the international arrival end. Or clearer instructions of where to go.

This time was very fast pickup from the airport. I was the first one on bus and we left right away instead of waiting another 10+ minutes like sometimes happens.
