Fast and friendly
The drivers lately are really great. They drive safely and pickup times from the time of parking are shorter than I've experienced in the past.
Easy to park and shuttles pick you up right away!
Rapid response and courteous drivers.
Easy to book and locate.
Always on time, there when I need them
Generally, I enjoy the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at my car. My last trip with the Parking Spot (AUG 17, 2026) was somewhat disappointing for my departure out of Atlanta, I arrived and parked and waited 40 minutes to be picked up from the premium covered lot. Several buses came through, with only 2 on the side where I was parked and they were full. I was flying Domestic, and was very discouraged by the long delay in waiting to be picked up to go to the airport. I was not a good customer experience.
Convenience
Everything, easy service!
It was quick and easy. Drivers were pleasant and helpful.
Convenient place to leave a vehicle!
Well lite parking area and attendant at checking in is outstanding.
There are however 2 drivers who have been very unaccommadating, rude, and not customer oriented with assistance with luggage.
Very easy check in and check out. The drivers were friendly, helpful, and very prompt to pick up.
