Easy parking and quick pickups
Easy in and easy out. The staff at the check out are always very nice. The shuttles seem to always be available, very little wait times between pick ups and drop offs.
Close to airport, easy to get in and out of. We only waited about 30 seconds before we were picked up!

The shuttles where fairly timely
I had an excellent experience with The Parking Spot. Service was prompt throughout: I was picked up quickly at my vehicle, and upon my return to Houston, a shuttle was already on-site and ready, eliminating any significant wait. I greatly appreciated this efficiency, as it allowed me to stay on schedule and return home in a timely manner.

BEWARE: do NOT use google map app to get the lot. You will end up far away. The lot is as soon as you exit 183 on highway 71. Very close to the airport
Fast pickup friendly staff
Very easy process and close to airport. Just wish the shuttle had better AC and air flow. It was so hot and hard to breathe on the ride as I have asthma. Felt like I was suffocating but other than that I will definitely be using this service again. Shuttle driver was very nice
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Drivers helped with luggage in and out of shuttle. Driver saw me moving toward pickup spot and waited for me to catch up.
Didn’t have to wait too long at airport before next bus came. HOWEVER air conditioning was not very cool.

I love the convenience!!!! Pickup is faster than I can get my suitcase out , then pickup is so fast & didn’t see his name but the driver was awesome. He loaded the bags in then took them out at our jeep and even put them in the back of the jeep!!!!!
Easy in and easy out! Park there on all our trips. When we come back from our trip, Parking Spot 2 is there to pick us up. Means alit to seniors especially!

Helpful and friendly drivers, ease of booking
They picked us up when we parked and delivered us where we needed to be. They picked us up at the terminal and delivered us to our car when we returned. And they helped us with our luggage each time. Easy.
