The location is convenient and both drivers of our vans--departing and arriving--were excellent in helping people with bags and off the van. Our own (small) disappointment was the frequency of vans when we arrived--about midnight on a Monday. One of your main competitors had more frequent vans coming by while we were waiting. At midnight, it was already a long day for us and we wanted to get back to our car. Wish there was a bit more frequency late at night at BWI.
