The convienence

The service perfectly met the clients' needs. More importantly, I felt safe in this environment, even though I didn't see anyone other than the drivers. Overall, the staff was excellent.

Easy access to the DFW Airport. There was an employee on the property to help with access into and exiting the parking facility. The shuttle service was prompt and courteous.

I simply enjoy the basic services of park, pickup and drop off at the airport. Very simple and easy. However, there have been concern lately of additional expectations to pay extra (tip) to drivers who are doing what is advertised in the basic service and even premium service cost. This type of pressure can gradually undermine the foundation of the business and create confusion for customers who are already paying for the service as part of the agreed-upon cost. I'm all in on The Parking Spot and enjoy the convenience, and happy to continue using them.

Location

So I usually park at Wally Park when traveling, but The Parking Spot was able to save me a little money which is definitely needed these days. When reserving I didn't pay attention to the times listed for when the shuttles ran for Spot 2 (which btw is 30 minutes). Anyway we flew home last Saturday afternoon of course when it was the hottest time of the day. That made our wait for a shuttle seem even longer. When the shuttle arrived we all crammed in (there were quite a few waiting for Spot 2), the shuttle was hotter inside than out. There was some sort of hot air that blew in from under the back seat. Needless to say we were all drenched with sweat by the time we made it to the parking lot. The driver was great, no issues there. My vehicle was undamaged so that was good too. Then when we checked out at the gate an Angel working there asked if we would like water! Yes please. That was a nice way to end our travels. I've already made a reservation for our travels in September. Hopefully the weather will get it's act together and try not to bake us. Thank you.
