We arrived back to PHX about 9 PM on a Tuesday night. It took an extraordinary amount of time to get our shuttle for Parking Spot 1. The airport was busy and as our bus was finally arriving, there was a POV in the shuttle lanes....first time ever there was not airport security chasing them away. It just added minutes of stress to an already stressful travel day.
Parking Spot 2 had scooped up passengers twice and was long gone before the second Parking Spot 1 bus arrived.

Everything ran so smoothly! We paid a week under the covered parking and our truck was exactly where we left it! Lol. The shuttle getting us to and from the airport was so quick, making it less stressful for us. I always use them when I travel. The app was also very user friendly.

Easy to reserve, and to get into to parking area. Shuttle was readily available to pick us up to take us to the airport. Shuttle was also at the airport when we returned. Drivers were nice, friendly and very helpful.

Everything runs very smoothly. There is always a bus to pick you up as soon as you park, typically before you get your bags out of the car.
