Loved that the driver gives you a card indicating where you parked your car. Extremely helpful at drop off. It was also helpful that there was a sign in which row to park upon entering the Parking Spot.
It was my first time so I was confused on where to go to get picked up by the shuttle after I parked. Otherwise this rating would be a 10!
The security. Covered parking in the event of bad weather, the lighting. We arrived back home and were picking up our vehicle after midnight. The covered parking is very well lit. A HUGE plus for exhausted travelers.

The drivers were personable, and informative. They helped us get our luggage on and off the buses. That doesn’t sound like much, but based on the weight and strange size of my luggage, but ours drivers (coming and going), were very cautious with the luggage. They were personable and BOTH drivers (again, coming and going), held the highest level of professionalism but treated us like they were picking up one of their own family members.

Great location, easy on line reservations, affordable pricing, friendly staff, clean and safe vehicles, driver will help you with entire process to include pick up from where you park your vehicle, help you load up your luggage, take you to your airline location at the airport. And they do the same process on your return. Great experience.

Shuttles are mostly on time, staff is friendly.
Parking is covered. Shuttle usually arrives quickly to pick you up at your car. Drivers usually help with getting luggage on and off the shuttle. Drivers are usually courteous. The wait time for a shuttle to pick you up at the airport is usually minimal. Drivers take to right back to your car.
