The last 2 times I have used Parking Spot North PHL I have had to wait over 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport - they only had 2 shuttles running during the busy early morning hours (there were 3 other families waiting in my parking aisle). When I returned to PHL and checked the app for the shuttle, it showed that one was located only 2 gates away from me. I waited 5 minutes and when I checked again the shuttle hadn't moved. I called to have one come get me and by the time that one got to me the first one still had not moved from the original gate location. Not sure if something was wrong with the app or if the driver was just "camping" out - either way it was frustrating because I had to wait extra time to be picked up since I thought that that driver would be coming.

The drivers were promptly available for pickup and drop off. They were very helpful in handling my luggage for me, and they were friendly.

The parking spot is a great place to park while you travel. Shuttles are always available and a quick trip to the airport and the employees are friendly and helpful.
