This was my first time at the LAX location, but I had used The Parking Spot many times in Miami previously. Same great service. Rolled in, they scanned my app, gave me a ticket and off to the airport I went. Returning was also similarly easy, though for all the "required" QR code stuff mention, I really wish the return side could also use the QR code instead of needing the old-fashioned paper ticket.... which was still just a scanned barcode :) Everyone was friendly and professional.
It was easy to reserve our spot on line, there was someone at the gate to greet us and direct us where to go when we arrived, and the service to and from the airport was great. We'll definitely use your service again.
Easy to reserve. I like that there are typically promotions and coupons for discounts on parking costs. I like that I never have any issues with availability. The shuttles are fast and frequent. The drivers are always efficient. The ride to and from the parking spot is quick.
