every thing is so smooth. Sometimes I have to wait at the lot for a bus a little longer that I think I should but all in all, its great service. Rebel is an awesome ambassador for PS. I believe this is my 25th year parking here, The improvements have been amazing!

Everything was great - reservations, discounts, drive in to my parking spot. Leaving the lot at nigh was difficult. There needs to be more signs directing people to the exits. More lighting at night.

Super accommodating. recently I was traveling with my disabled mother with our own personal wheelchair, and the driver was very gracious and patient. He went out of his way to ensure our trip started on the right note.

Reliable, efficient, fast and accesible.

Easy to find a parking spot and shuttle buses are faster than the DFW buses.

1. The drivers consistently assisted us with loading and unloading our luggage.
2. We never had to wait long for the shuttle to pick us up from either the airport or the parking area.
3. The app was very helpful in allowing us to track the shuttle's location in real time.

I accidentally parked in the Employee parking spots cause it was 4am and I wasn’t totally awake yet and they were very kind about it and said not to worry. It was very much appreciated and I’ve always had a positive experience at TPS.

It's very easy to get a reservation online in advance so you know you have a secured spot and you know what it will cost with no surprises. The shuttle to the airport is always timely and easy to find. The free bottle of water upon exit is a kind and truly appreciated perk and so appropriate for weary travelers.
