Property was clean, shuttle drivers are nice, location is close. The app that shows me the location of the shuttles while I'm waiting at the airport is pretty terrific. It's just easy.

the drivers are fabulous! the parking spaces are way too close together. I'm going to start looking around to see what else I can find. I've parked at USAA and not the park spot for 25 years, I finally have a nice car and don't want to see it get damaged when someone who is parked next to me bangs up my car trying to get into their car.

The incredible prompt and helpful shuttle drivers. We have used the Parking Spot for several years, 4 to 5 times a year, and our shuttle is always either sitting by our spot or right around the corner, waiting to pick us up. Almost always the driver jumps out and helps with our bags, both loading and also at the airport. We have also never experienced a delay when waiting at the airport to return to the car. The efficiency is fantastic. I also appreciate the frequent opportunities to get great discounts.
