Service is always good here. The check in process can be a bit hectic but small price to pay for not having to deal with airport parking. Maybe look into changing check in process and make it a bit more efficient or less hectic but overall, that will not stop me from parking here. Check in is not that bad today only somewhat hectic is all. This will never hurt your rating from me. Thanks.

The Parking Spot was affordable and very efficient.

I have been using the Parking Spot for a number of years, now. I am in the travel industry and was having a hard time getting a discount to go through. I emailed their Customer Service department and the gentleman who helped me, Matthew McCarthy, credited the discount back to my card. Even though the response was to take up to 2 days, he answered within moments of my inquiry. Customer Service shout out, Matt!

The shuttle bus drivers are beyond amazing. I have never met one in all these years who was anything but exemplary -and - I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a pick-up, either.

The Parking Spot 1 or 2 makes that part of a trip so easy!

Shuttle drivers are so nice and prompt. Easy process of making reservations and checking in and out.

The agent(s) in the booth are always jovial and happy to assist you upon entrance and exiting of the parking spot. I appreciate that.

Usually quick and easy to get into the facility, park, and get to the airport fast. The only issue I ever have is when it takes a long time for a shuttle to get to covered parking, or when the driver changes the "usual" process and either waits for a while, or stops on the way out of the lot at uncovered and delays my travel to the airport. This is not normal, however some drivers do not seem to have the same instructions to follow.

Convenience and accdessibility plus discounts provided

The ese of being picked up quickly at our parking spot and the airport. When we flew the last time and got back to our car the battery was dead. The young man that picked us up got us started in a very short time and was very polite.

The service is reliable and usually pretty quick. Sometimes depending on flight arrivals and time frame the wait can be a little longer. The phone at The Premium location needs to be answered quicker late at night or early in the mornings.

Shuttle driver was very professional and very friendly. Service was very efficient.
