I love the ease of getting in and out of the garage. I also love most of the drivers. There are some that do the barely the minimum, but the drivers who go above and beyond make up for the others. I have had some drivers sit and wait for me to put my luggage on the van and then I have had drivers who put my luggage on the van and will put it in my car when they drop me off.

There is nothing negative to say about the Parking Spot 2 and their employees.

I like that your lot on JFK is handy, but I do NOT like that last time I used your service, I was just shut out of a shuttle and SIX [!!!!!!!] shuttles came by for the other lot before we got one for JFK. Grrrrrrrr.

It’s really easy, convenient, and most of the shuttle drivers are friendly. Most of the time it’s really easy to get a shuttle when I arrive back home. My only suggestion is that it’s pricier than a lot of other places however, if you pay attention to the sales and your reward points, I think it actually ends up being less expensive than a lot of other places. I think you all should do a better job communicating that so that people understand that it really is the best value.

Hobby Parking Spot 1 is the BEST! We have always found them very Efficient to drop off and pick us up timely, typically within 5 minutes. Also, I recently left a wicker bag with my yearbook, clothes, folders and a few purchases from a recent trip. It was left by the car as we forgot to load it in the car as we were exhausted from our trip. Luckily, it was found a day later when we called the office as one of the drivers turned it in.. Yeah! Many memories in my Yearbook that can't be replaced! We Love the Parking Spot!
