Covered parking shuttle service.

It was super convenient overall to park here for this particular trip. My two challenges were that it wasn't clear where to wait to get a shuttle to the airport, and unless you have a promo code, the price is so close to what it is to park at the airport that it doesn't make sense to park here.

Did not wait long for pickup and friendly service. I liked how you could see where the shuttle was on the app.

I like having somewhere safe formy car and a shuttle to take me to the airport and back to my car

I like to spot parking because of the bus service; they pick you up at your car and help with your bags. sometimes it takes a little while before the bus comes but they always come with a smile on the driver face.

Excellent service & very close to airport

I like the pre pay price lower than standard, we have had great experiences with the exception of being picked up at the airport upon our arrival back from vacation, there was a long line of people waiting for a long time, one bus came, very cold and only outside place to stand. driver was rude and said another but was right behind him but there was none and he had to call for another driver after being confronted about the wait.

Excellent website and every driver we have had has provided outstanding customer service. We will always use The Parking Spot when we travel out of Philly.

Its easy and convenient to use

Convenient easy access and close to the airport

My car was in uncovered valet (which turned out to be cheaper than self-park) and when I arrived back a week after a foot of snow, my car was warm and waiting for me when I arrived (with no snow on the car)! I don't know how they did it. We did have a little wait for the pick-up (but we arrived close to midnight).

Easy, fast

It's easy to arrange and the service is good. I like having my car ready to go when I get there.

I love the indoor parking option. Shuttle service is reliable. I'm always happy when greeted at check-in.

Covered parking is good n shuttle service is improving all the time.
