I came in late on Friday and was picked up and dropped off at my car quickly.

I like the friendly drivers. I like that the shuttles come fairly frequently. So many times one is pulling away, just as I’m walking out of the airport, but this last trip, it was sitting there waiting, and when I walked up, I was the first one there. That never happens! I also love being dropped off at my car.

The service was excellent and the staff were outstanding. However, the receipt printout upon exiting the lot was faded and barely legible, making the information difficult to read.

Friendly, fast service and great price.

Drivers are helpful and friendly. Short wait, very convenient. Drawback is that you have to have a ticket to get out... how can you get in without checking in? This was inconvenient to have to figure out.

Convenient, staff is always courteous and helpful, the app makes everything very easy.

The pick-up and drop-off was easy. Ordering on line is simple. I like that the driver's respect our time and is there for us on time when transporting to airport and pick-up.

Easy to reserve, check in and check is easy, but I especially like the shuttle picks me up at my car and drops me off at my car

I have used The Parking Spot several times. The door to door service is excellent. They wait to make sure your vehicle starts and will jump it for you if it doesn't. I have never had a long wait at the airport for the return trip.

My only issue is the huge rate increase in December. In late Septmber I was booking my December 6 to 15 stay until I saw how much the rate increased, even with my AAA discount. I found a other place for this time period which is much much cheaper.

I will continue booking with you out of the Cristmas season. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I really appreciate the protection the covered parking provides. Additionally. I like the prompt pick-ups your van drivers provide.
